This structure was built for a client and was kit bashed from a Model Tech Studios kit.  Both the main buildings are cast, along with the foundations, as are the dock bases.  I substituted some of the cast roofs for real cedar wood shingles and corrugated or ribbed metal to bring them to a more life like look.

As you can see, by the photos, all the details make this business look like a very busy place.  Some of the details were furnished by other manufacturers.

The foot print for this structure is 13x23 inches.
